Getting started with Water to Go is simple. Once you contact us by phone or email, all we need are your basic details — name, phone number, email, and delivery address — and we’ll take care of the rest. Just let us know what you need: spring water, distilled water or a product.

There are no hidden fees, no lock-in contracts, and no tricky subscriptions. You simply let us know how many bottles you’d like to start with and whether you need a cooler. If you already have one or aren’t sure how much water you’ll need, just give us a call and we’ll guide you.

We’ll provide you with a delivery calendar so you’ll know exactly when to expect us. Most areas are serviced fortnightly, but if you need more (or fewer) bottles, just let us know. On delivery day, simply leave your empties in the agreed-upon spot that you decide, and our friendly driver will replace them with full bottles. We will leave an invoice with all deliveries, which has the payment options on.

Cash, bank deposit, or credit card, with payment due before the next delivery.
